Line Dance (Art Card)

A stroll in to East Lansing brought me to the top of one of the local parking ramps to view the sunset. There were several others who had the same idea and once the sun set and the parking ramp was lighted only by the vapor lamps above, I snapped a photo of one of the women’s dresses as the wind ruffled it a bit.
